I'm Hana'a, and I am the founder and designer behind Crafty Dust. The idea behind my creative business started in October 2013, and ever since, I’ve been experimenting with leftover factory wood to design meaningful gifts with a clever purpose. My mission is to bring warmth and delight to the spaces we spend most of our time in. And my ultimate goal is to continue making little wooden treasures that carry special meaning to the person who will eventually own them.

Happiness and positive energy are things I always wish to share. I enjoy sparking fun with a ‘wooden’ take on things found in nature or in my surrounding culture. Since we’re all different, and we celebrate our spaces differently, almost everything in my shop is customizable in a variety of colours, sizes and engravings for a unique and authentic gifting experience. Everything you see in my shop is made using reclaimed wooden blocks left-over from large factory projects. They are beautiful woods saved from the dust, and transformed into hand-crafted Art fit for everyday use. Hence the name Crafty Dust.

Worth mentioning too is the recycled packaging: In addition to being eco-friendly, these cardboard boxes have an earthy feel to them and are totally presentable for gifting just the way they are.
