At Crafty Dust, all items are made-to-order and almost all are customized with the size, color and engraving of your choice. Therefore, they cannot be refunded or exchanged once fabrication starts. ORDER CANCELLATION
• Customers can cancel orders at any time within 2 hours of placing them and sometimes a little longer if the production order has not been processed in the factory yet. Please WhatsApp +971 55 3301098 for the quickest way to cancel an order.
• In case of a mistake while ordering, such as choosing the wrong customizable feature, quantity or delivery details please contact us to correct it within 2 hours of purchase by WhatsApp +971 55 3301098. The order will be cancelled or corrected according to the situation; and in the case of the former, will be replaced by a new one.
• Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with order tracking ID.
• Crafty Dust holds the authority to cancel any order in cases, such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.

Return Policy
Crafty Dust accepts returns under two conditions: Incorrect Items & Damaged Items.
• If damaged or incorrect items are delivered, please contact us within 2 working days at craftydustofficial@gmail.com and provide the following for further evaluation.

• Crafty Dust reserves the right to refuse compensation or refund for damaged articles if this information is not provided, or not provided within 2 working days of receiving the order.
• Incorrect items will be returned if within the UAE and replaced at no extra cost.
• Incorrect items received outside the UAE cannot be returned and will therefore be refunded. A new order may be placed again.
• Damaged items will be assessed via the images sent by the customer, and if deemed a mishandled shipment or a manufacturing defect, they will be returned if within the UAE and replaced at no extra cost.
• Damaged items received outside the UAE cannot be returned and will therefore be refunded partially or fully depending on the state of the damage.
• Returned items must be packaged in the same way they were delivered, otherwise the replacement will not be accepted.
• Orders dispatched or processed cannot be cancelled or edited.
• In case of quality issue identified while dispatching the order, Crafty Dust will remove the concerned items from your original order. The concerned items will be replaced and shipped at a later date.
• If the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, Crafty Dust is not liable to refund or compensate for the order amount.
• If the Parcel is on hold by the Customs department of the shipping country, the customer is liable to provide all relevant and required documentation to the authorities. Crafty Dust is not liable to refund the amount in case of non-clearance of the Parcel.
