All orders ship from Sharjah - UAE. We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are automatically calculated upon checkout based on the weight of the entire order. For shipments within the UAE, the shipping charge is fixed between 0.01kg - 5kg. So purchasing several products together will save you significant shipping costs. Orders are shipped by express mail and delivered to your doorstep anywhere in the world. A 'cash on delivery' payment option is available only for the UAE. To ship to other destinations, an online payment is required. Your order will always be sent to you as one package even though it may contain several products. Each item will be individually packaged, and the whole order will be safely packed together to form one unit. All Crafty Dust products are carefully packaged in handmade boxes crafted from recycled corrugated cardboard. In addition to being eco-friendly, they are earthy, delightful, and totally presentable if you plan on gifting them just the way they are. You may place a gift order to a friend's address if you make an online payment. When you do, don't forget to include a message in the 'Gift Message' box on the checkout page! Please note that we are not responsible for custom related charges with international shipments. (Custom charges do not apply for shipping within the UAE). On the day your package is shipped, you will receive a notification email containing the shipment's details so that you may track it. The average shipping time is 1 working day within the UAE and 1-7 working days internationally. Any shipping delays for unforeseen or exceptional reasons due to acts of nature or high season rushes are not under Crafty Dust's control or responsibility since the shipping process is outsourced.
